My field of Sunflowers on Farmville. Sunflowers give you 2 points of experience (XP), and have to be harvested only once a day (24 hours). There ROI is very good (about 1000 coins/week) if you do not want to harvest more than once a day. You can purchase sunflowers beginning with level 25 and above.
